Looking to develop your team or invest in your own growth?

You're in the right place. Whether you're looking for a shared team experience to help your group work more efficiently together or looking for 1:1 coaching to help you leverage your own talents, I offer data-driven, research-backed sessions designed around real people with real goals.

What Others Have Said:

“I am so much more confident in myself with my decision making, my relationship building with my team has been great, and I’ve been able to accept and work around some of my weak points. Genuinely, this week has been one of the most influential moments of my career."

HELPING TEAMS WORK BETTER TOGETHER

From interactive workshops for your whole team to sessions designed for larger audiences, every experience is built with one purpose in mind: supporting meaningful, lasting behavior change.

My approach to facilitation emphasizes real-time practice and application. Participants actively work with new skills during the session - building confidence through repetition, reflection, and feedback - so learning doesn’t stay theoretical. It translates into real action back on the job.

Each workshop is customized to your organization's goals and context, with a focus on strengthening the skills that matter most: communicating clearly, leading with emotional intelligence, and leveraging individual strengths to work more effectively together.

THE SIGNATURE WORKSHOP:

The Team EQ + Strengths Lab

Most teams have untapped potential sitting right beneath the surface. This robust workshop combines Emotional Intelligence frameworks with Gallup's certified CliftonStrengths34 strengths analysis to identify each team member's individual talents - then puts that data to work to uncover how the team can sustain a more productive and emotionally intelligent culture based on their individual group members.

When people understand and know how to apply their natural talents at work, the difference shows up in the data: 8% higher productivity in team output and 15% lower employee turnover, according to Gallup research. Teams walk away from this training with more than simply insight into who they are and how they tend to operate; they leave with a shared language for applying their natural talents to work in real, sustainable ways that boosts team productivity and reduces team conflict.
