MEETING YOU WHERE YOU ARE

I partner with individuals and teams to help them build confidence, lead with emotional intelligence, and grow into the leaders they want to be.

FOR TEAMS: You have skilled people, but talented workers don't automatically make a great team. When communication styles clash or strengths go untapped, collaboration feels harder than it should, reducing performance and morale. Most teams don't need more talent - they need a shared language and practical tools to leverage their strengths more effectively as a group.

FOR INDIVIDUALS: You want to make some changes, but it’s hard to know where to start. Maybe you're stepping into a new leadership role, or perhaps you’re seeing repeated conflict and miscommunication happen. Generic advice only goes so far - you want something personalized; a framework to help you understand your own talents and how to put them to work to reach your goals.

Meet Sarah Kundla

WORKSHOP FACILITATOR | LIFELONG LEARNER | COMMUNITY BUILDER

Sarah Kundla is the Founder and Facilitator of Questing Insight, where she works with individuals and teams to build confidence, lead with emotional intelligence, and grow into the leaders they want to be.

Drawing on her background in leadership development and instructional design, Sarah designs learning experiences that blend psychology-backed frameworks with real-world context. Her work focuses on helping people better understand themselves, others, and the environments they work within, so they can navigate complexity with more clarity and confidence.

Sarah is a lifelong learner and a strong believer that personal and professional growth are deeply connected. Her approach is shaped by research, experience, and an ongoing curiosity about how communication styles, cultural norms, and workplace environments impact the way people lead, relate, and grow.

Sarah believes that great leadership doesn't start in the boardroom. It starts at home, in neighborhoods, and in the communities we're part of every day. She remains actively engaged in her local community and brings that same civic mindset into every workshop and coaching relationship, because when people lead well close to home, it ripples outward.

Outside of work, Sarah has a keen eye for art and design, and can usually be found with a paintbrush or a nonfiction book in hand. She loves discussing what she's reading and how it connects to personal growth, so if you have a recommendation, she'd love to hear it.

What Others Have Said:

“I am so much more confident in myself with my decision making, my relationship building with my team has been great, and I’ve been able to accept and work around some of my weak points. Genuinely, this week has been one of the most influential moments of my career."
