Custom Team Development Workshops

Turn Talent Into Team Performance

Your team has talent. The real question is whether that talent is working together effectively. Sarah builds custom workshops designed around the specific challenges your team is navigating, whether that's poor communication, collaborative stagnation, or ongoing team conflict.

Trainings can range in topic from Strengths-Based Leadership Development, The Psychology of Conflict and Feedback, Impromptu Speech Training, and much more. Every session is research-backed, includes hands-on activities, and built to drive lasting behavior change.

Meet Sarah Kundla

EDUCATOR | ARTIST & DESIGNER | LIFELONG LEARNER

Sarah Kundla is the Founder and Facilitator of Questing Insight, where she explores human behavior, the science of how people learn, and the modern trends shaping the way we connect in today's culture. That curiosity is the driver behind everything she does: helping leaders and teams understand the people they work with, so they can work more effectively together.

Sarah’s learning approach is shaped by research (she’s often found with a book in hand), experience, and a deep interest in how communication styles, cultural norms, and human dynamics influence the way people lead, relate, and grow. She has delivered training for 1,800+ professionals across the US and internationally, and spoken at conferences including Worthington Steel's LEARN & LEAD Conferences (2020, 2023, 2025), WitCon (2025), and CodeMash (2026).

Sarah is personally committed to civic engagement, believing that the same values that make a great leader also make a great neighbor and community member. She remains involved in her local community through the local Chamber of Commerce and actively volunteers with various nonprofit organizations in Columbus.

Beyond her work as a facilitator, Sarah is also an artist and designer at heart, combining her love of painting, photography, and technology with her passion for design to support clients and community organizations with creative projects.

What Others Have Said:

“I am so much more confident in myself with my decision making, my relationship building with my team has been great, and I’ve been able to accept and work around some of my weak points. Genuinely, this week has been one of the most influential moments of my career."
